About the Journal

Journal Summary

The European Journal of Economics and Economic Policies: Intervention (EJEEP) is a double blind peer-reviewed journal which serves as a forum for studies in macroeconomic theory, economic institutions and economic policies. The managing editors aim for productive debates involving one or more variants of heterodox economics, and invite contributions acknowledging the pluralism of research approaches. The submission of both theoretical and empirical work is encouraged. The initial screening of papers before the review decision usually takes less than two weeks. Afterwards, the editors usually need six to eight weeks to send the first decision based on reports to the submitters.

EJEEP is a Diamond Open Access journal. The ESCI impact factor is 1.4 (2025).
