The article matches the profile of the journal. Articles that do not match the profile or the standards of the journal are desk rejected. EJEEP serves as a forum for studies in macroeconomic theory, economic institutions and economic policies. We encourage submissions involving one or more variants of heterodox economics, especially post-Keynesian economics. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

    Anonymised PDF:
The main submission file is in PDF format and includes all figures, tables, and appendices. The file is completely anonymised for double-blind peer review: all metadata, author names, and affiliations must be removed from the document and title page.

    Supplementary title page:
A separate supplementary file is provided containing: the paper title, the names and affiliations of all authors, author ORCIDs (if available), and one correspondence address including an email.

    Abstract and meta-data:
The submission includes an abstract of no more than 200 words, characteristic keywords, and JEL classifications.

    Word count:
The article strictly adheres to the word limits for its specific submission category, excluding figures and tables.

    AI disclosure:
Any use of AI tools for literature search, code, or data analysis is transparently disclosed in a "Declaration of AI Use" section, Methods, or Acknowledgements. Note: The journal reserves the right to use software to check submissions for plagiarism and AI misuse.
